The Goliath Confederacy is a loose alliance between many giant tribes, who have found it advantageous to ally with each other for trade and protection. The confederacy is made up of both giants and goliaths, but typically the giants have retained the majority of the power.
Most tribes are led by an elder or group of elders, and the alliance itself is led by the Elder, Raxyn (a storm giant), and advised by the Council of Elders, with representation from each tribe.
Goliaths from this region might have names like Nightcaller, Horncarver, Lonestalker, Lightseer.
